The Miracle Fruit Farm, LLC guarantees freshness upon delivery. There is no expressed or implied guaranteed shelf life. All orders are shipped strictly FOB the Miracle Fruit Farm, Miami, Florida.
Mail order products are shipped Monday-Thursday.
Shipping & Freight
Mail order packs of fruit and frozen products are shipped UPS Next Day Air Saver only due to perishability. Plants are shipped using UPS Ground service, and assorted other prodcuts are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
Claims & Returns
Products that are received damaged or otherwise unusable will be replaced with like merchandise at no additional cost. Claims must be received by phone or email within 24 hours of the product's delivery.
